We average around 3,000 parcels per week, because of this we can offer you our customers a very attractive discount rate. We are a family run business and customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. We would rather make no money and have happy customers than provide a bad service. When you contact us we will answer your question immediately and professionally, you are not a number to us. Whether you are sending 1 parcel or a 1000 you will have the same level of service. If something goes wrong with your delivery we will call you every other day with updates on your claim.
